this is right next to the bart station in concord. they were concerned that maybe bart service would be impacted this morning. it's not because the fire did not damage any of the tracks or the embers. you know, did anything to the tracks, the point where they had to slow it down. so that's not a problem. as far as the road closures. take a look at your screen, clayton road in oakland avenue park and grant streets, colfax street in concord boulevard, first street and saint clair avenue. if you miss that will post that on our website at kron 4 dot com. just plenty of detours through this location. they were able to go inside. james and once it was safe enough for the when the flames got knocked down in safe enough for the firefighters to go inside. they did not see anybody inside at this particular time. and of course, simply too early to tell the cause of the fire, possibly from the homeless at this particular point, it was a vacant building. so this should not have been any electricity inside at that particular time. back to you. all
